Dear Colleague,

The theme of this special issue is "Disaster Risk Assessment, Modelling and Management". Including natural disasters and man-made natural disasters. Disaster risk assessment is the analysis and assessment of hazard factors and vulnerabilities that may bring potential threats or harm to human life, property, livelihood and the environment in exposed communities located in the disaster area, and then determine the nature, scope and loss of the disaster.
