Special Issue Information:

Dear Colleagues,

This special issue, titled "Dynamical Modeling and Multi-Scale Analysis in Immunotherapy: From Viral Infections to the Tumor Microenvironment," invites researchers to submit their latest work exploring the complex interplay of biological processes within the realm of immunotherapy. Recent advancements in cancer immunotherapy and novel approaches to infectious and autoimmune diseases highlight the critical need for a deeper, quantitative understanding of immune dynamics. This issue aims to bridge the gap between experimental observations and theoretical insights by focusing on mathematical modeling and multi-scale analysis. We seek contributions that elucidate the dynamic mechanisms underpinning immune responses, disease progression, and therapeutic efficacy across various contexts, from the immune system's fight against viral infections like Hepatitis B to its intricate interactions within the tumor microenvironment. By bringing together diverse perspectives, this special issue will provide a comprehensive overview of cutting-edge research and foster new avenues for the development of more effective immunotherapeutic strategies.
