On June 30, Dr. Carol Folt, President of the University of Southern California (USC), visited China for the first time as President and hosted a meet-and-greet event with Chinese alumni in Shanghai, where she shared the development of USC and the outstanding achievements of Chinese alumni with USC Vice President Anthony Bailey and Willow Bay,  Dean of the Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism. Willow Bay, dean of the Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism, to share the growth of USC and the outstanding achievements of Chinese alumni. Located in Los Angeles, California, USC was founded in 1880 and is ranked among the top U.S. universities in science, film, engineering, media, business, architecture, medicine, and aging sciences. USC students and graduates are ranked first in the nation's colleges and universities in the total number of medals won by students and graduates at all Olympic Games.
